A Better Storage Manager
In addition to automatically storing nearby items into containers, the Maid Storage Manager also provides several tools to help maids manage your storage more efficiently:
- Filter List: Sets which items the maid can or cannot place into a container.
- No Access: Prevents the maid from accessing a container.
- Allow Access: Allows the maid to access a container, typically used for storage blocks not natively compatible with the storage manager.
- Storage Define: A maid accessory that designates specific containers the maid can access, ignoring both No Access and Allow Access markers.
When the maid stores items, she generally follows the rules below:
- Search for nearby containers marked with a Filter.
- If the filter uses a whitelist mode and includes the item to be stored, the maid will attempt to insert it.
- Search for nearby containers that already contain the same item, and attempt to insert it there (based on memory).
- If none of the above apply, look for other accessible containers nearby and try to store the item.
